Q: I didn't get my ringtone!!A: There could be various reasons for this. Assuming you actually made it to the success page, make sure you wait atleast 2 hours before assuming it didn't work; depending on network traffic it could take that long. Also, are you sure all the fields were entered right? Did you enter the right phone number? Are you having problems with your internet?
Q: How big can my uploaded file be?
A: 5MB - see the next question.
Q: I am on dialup and this site doesn't work
A: Please understand, you are uploading an audio file
over the internet onto our servers. On dial up, this
could take a VERY long time. A 5MB mp3 would take over
11 minutes to upload - our server will time out after 6.
If you must use dialup, cut the audio file prior to uploading.
Q: I am interested in becoming a partner and/or buying your source code

Q: I can listen to the ringtone but can't save it!
A: Assuming you know how to use your phone correctly, it seems as if your phone doesn't support receiving ringtones
the way we send them. You're out of luck for now. Sorry!
